Yes, you can. Manually turn phone into flash mode and use rsd.

At first startup qtopia scans memory card for files and reads metadata (line modern players)

Go to *Documents* (under bluetooth icon).

How to connect to phone via usb-net?
Configure your usb0 in linux:
ifconfig usb0 192.168.10.1
Setup for windows:
IP: 192.168.10.1 Netmask: 255.255.255.0 Phone IP is 192.168.10.6

You don`t need to do this on your patched kernel! Filesystem is mounted in rw mode, so you can just upload files to phone. Use root account to acces priveleged area
How to install software?
- Configure your internet connection (gprs or via big computer).
- Go to Main menu → Settings → Software packages, Downloads tab, Connect → Ezx
- Select package and install
- Go to Main menu → Applications (or Games) → App name
